03The buyer

Who Buys It

Residential landscape contractors who sit down with homeowners and write their own proposals. Their average job runs roughly $4,000 to $75,000. Target this profile; the sales page speaks to it from the first line.

Solo operators

They are the proposal department. Every bid gets written by the owner, usually at night, after a full day in the field.

Small crews

Owners who still walk every job and price every bid themselves, and lose work to cheaper numbers they know do worse work.

Maintenance companies

The real money is in enhancement upsells. The system shows her the upgrade while the crew is still on her lawn.

Not a fit for commercial bid work, anyone after a general course on AI, or anyone expecting something that runs itself.

Affiliate Terms and Conditions Open in a new tab

Version 1. Effective October 3, 2026.

These Affiliate Terms & Conditions (“Affiliate Terms”) govern participation in the affiliate program for The Automated Landscaper and the 7-Minute Proposal System.

The program is operated by Pieratt Group LLC, 826 Orange Ave Suite #546, Coronado, CA 92118 (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Affiliate commissions are tracked and paid through ClickBank.

By applying to promote, obtaining or using an affiliate tracking link, or otherwise promoting the 7-Minute Proposal System as an affiliate, you (“Affiliate”) agree to these Affiliate Terms.

1. Affiliate Eligibility

Affiliates must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate contact and account information.
  • Maintain a valid email address where we can send program notices.
  • Comply with these Affiliate Terms, ClickBank’s applicable terms and policies, and all laws and regulations applicable to their advertising and marketing activities.
  • Comply with the rules and advertising policies of any platform used to promote the product, including Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Microsoft, native advertising networks, email service providers, and other advertising or publishing platforms.

We may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the program at our discretion.

2. Permitted Promotional Methods

Affiliates may promote the 7-Minute Proposal System through:

  • Affiliate-owned websites and blogs.
  • Genuine product reviews and educational content.
  • Email sent to the Affiliate’s own lawfully acquired mailing list.
  • Organic social media.
  • Paid social media advertising.
  • Paid search advertising.
  • Native advertising.
  • Videos, podcasts, newsletters, and other original content.
  • Company-provided emails, banner advertisements, display advertisements, social advertisements, native advertisements, paid-search creative, images, videos, and other approved promotional materials.

Affiliates do not need prior approval simply to run paid search, paid social, native advertising, or other paid traffic, provided the promotion complies with these Affiliate Terms, applicable laws, applicable advertising-platform policies, and all Company trademark and brand-bidding restrictions.

Affiliate-Created Sales Pages and Advertorials

Affiliates must contact Company and receive written approval before publishing or using:

  • Affiliate-created sales pages substantially dedicated to the 7-Minute Proposal System.
  • Advertorials.
  • Presell pages that substantially imitate or replace the Company’s sales presentation.
  • Long-form promotional pages that make detailed product, performance, business, or earnings claims on behalf of the product.

Ordinary reviews, blog posts, comparison articles, social-media posts, emails, and advertisements do not require prior approval solely because they were created by the Affiliate, provided they otherwise comply with these Affiliate Terms.

The following are prohibited unless we specifically authorize them in writing:

  • SMS, MMS, or other text-message marketing.
  • Telemarketing or prerecorded calls.
  • Co-registration or shared-lead campaigns.
  • Incentivized traffic, cashback, rebates, rewards, or similar incentives.

3. No Purchase Bonuses or Affiliate Incentives

Affiliates may not offer a bonus, additional product, additional service, rebate, cashback payment, gift, credit, prize, or other incentive that is conditioned upon purchasing the 7-Minute Proposal System through the Affiliate’s link.

This prohibition applies even if the bonus or incentive is created and fulfilled entirely by the Affiliate.

Affiliates should not request permission to offer purchase bonuses. Purchase bonuses are not permitted under this Affiliate program.

Affiliates may provide free educational content, newsletters, videos, articles, or other material to their audiences generally, but access to that material may not be conditioned on purchasing the 7-Minute Proposal System through an Affiliate link.

4. Affiliate Disclosure Requirements

Affiliates must clearly disclose that they may earn compensation when someone purchases through their Affiliate link.

The disclosure must be clear, conspicuous, understandable to an ordinary consumer, and placed close enough to the recommendation or Affiliate link that a visitor is likely to see it before acting on the recommendation.

A disclosure hidden solely in a footer, Terms page, About page, disclosure page, or other location that a visitor is unlikely to see is not sufficient.

Affiliates may not disguise advertisements, sponsored content, or compensated endorsements as independent editorial content.

Any endorsement, recommendation, review, or testimonial made by an Affiliate must reflect the Affiliate’s honest opinion and actual experience.

5. Truthful Advertising and Product Claims

Affiliates may not make false, deceptive, exaggerated, unsubstantiated, or misleading statements about the Company, Brett Pieratt, The Automated Landscaper, the 7-Minute Proposal System, or any related product.

Affiliates may only make objective product, performance, business, or earnings claims that:

  1. Appear in current Company-provided or Company-approved promotional materials; or
  2. Have otherwise been approved by Company in writing.

Affiliates may not state or imply that purchasing or using the 7-Minute Proposal System guarantees that a customer will:

  • Win more landscaping jobs.
  • Triple a closing rate.
  • Increase revenue or profit by a particular amount.
  • Obtain larger contracts.
  • Raise prices successfully.
  • Save a specific amount of time.
  • Achieve Brett Pieratt’s individual business results.
  • Achieve any other specific financial or business outcome.

Case studies and examples involving Brett Pieratt, San Diego Landscape Solutions, customers, or other users must be presented as individual examples rather than guaranteed or universally typical outcomes.

Statements such as “results guaranteed,” “you will triple your close rate,” “this will make you $X,” or similar representations are prohibited unless the exact claim has been expressly authorized by Company and can lawfully be made in the particular context.

When discussing financial or business results, Affiliates must use appropriate earnings and results disclosures consistent with Company-provided materials and applicable law.

6. Accurate Representation of the Product

Affiliates must accurately describe what is being sold.

The 7-Minute Proposal System is a digital business-education product. It is not a landscaping service, done-for-you proposal service, guaranteed lead-generation service, or autonomous software platform.

Affiliates may not materially misrepresent:

  • What is included with the product.
  • How the system works.
  • The amount of effort required to use it.
  • Current pricing.
  • Product features.
  • Availability.
  • Refund terms.
  • Any limitations or conditions associated with the product.

Any price, promotion, discount, guarantee, or availability statement must match the current offer or other materials specifically provided or approved by Company.

7. AI Images and Project Examples

The product may include methods involving AI-generated visualization.

Affiliates may not knowingly present an AI-generated image as a photograph of a completed landscaping project.

Affiliates may not fabricate project results, customer interactions, before-and-after examples, contracts, revenues, proposals, testimonials, or other evidence of results.

Company-provided case studies, images, project examples, and screenshots may be used only in a truthful manner consistent with the context in which they were provided.

8. Company-Provided Affiliate Creative

Company may provide Affiliates with promotional materials including:

  • Email copy and email campaigns.
  • Banner advertisements.
  • Display advertisements.
  • Paid social advertisements.
  • Native advertisements.
  • Paid-search advertisements.
  • Images and graphics.
  • Videos.
  • Headlines.
  • Advertising copy.
  • Landing-page elements.
  • Testimonials and case studies.
  • Other promotional resources.

Collectively, these materials are referred to as “Company Creative.”

Affiliates are encouraged to use Company Creative because it has been created specifically for promotion of the 7-Minute Proposal System.

Company Creative may be used solely to promote the 7-Minute Proposal System through the Affiliate program.

Affiliates may not:

  • Materially alter Company Creative in a manner that changes its meaning or claims.
  • Add unsupported claims to Company Creative.
  • Remove required disclaimers or disclosures.
  • Use Company Creative to promote another product or service.
  • Sell, sublicense, redistribute, or make Company Creative available to unrelated marketers.
  • Represent Company Creative as the Affiliate’s own intellectual property.
  • Continue using outdated or withdrawn creative after being instructed to discontinue it.

Reasonable formatting changes, resizing, cropping, placement changes, or similar modifications necessary to fit an advertising platform are permitted so long as they do not materially change the message or meaning of the creative.

If Company instructs an Affiliate to stop using particular creative, claims, advertisements, emails, or promotional materials, Affiliate must discontinue their use promptly.

9. Brand and Trademark Use

Participation in the Affiliate program provides a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to use approved Company names, trademarks, and creative solely for the purpose of promoting the 7-Minute Proposal System.

No ownership rights are transferred to Affiliate.

Affiliates may not create websites, domains, email addresses, social-media accounts, page names, or other properties designed to appear to be owned or operated by Pieratt Group LLC, Brett Pieratt, The Automated Landscaper, or San Diego Landscape Solutions.

Without written permission, Affiliates may not register domains or social-media identities containing or confusingly similar to:

  • The Automated Landscaper
  • Automated Landscaper
  • 7-Minute Proposal System
  • Seven Minute Proposal System
  • Brett Pieratt
  • Pieratt Group LLC
  • San Diego Landscape Solutions

or obvious misspellings or variations of these names.

Affiliates must not state or imply that they are Brett Pieratt, Pieratt Group LLC, The Automated Landscaper, San Diego Landscape Solutions, an employee of any of those entities, or an official representative of Company.

10. Paid Search and Brand Bidding

Paid search advertising is permitted.

However, Affiliates may not bid on Company brand terms through Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or any other paid-search, keyword, or search-engine advertising service.

Prohibited keyword bidding includes, without limitation:

  • The Automated Landscaper
  • Automated Landscaper
  • The 7-Minute Proposal System
  • 7-Minute Proposal System
  • Seven Minute Proposal System
  • Brett Pieratt
  • Pieratt Group
  • San Diego Landscape Solutions

as well as misspellings, variations, combinations, or substantially similar phrases intended to capture searches specifically seeking Company, its product, or its brands.

Affiliates may bid on non-branded keywords relevant to landscaping, landscaping businesses, proposals, sales, estimating, marketing, business growth, or other relevant topics.

Affiliates may use Company-provided paid-search advertisements and creative subject to these Affiliate Terms.

Affiliates may not use Company trademarks or brand names in paid-advertising display URLs, advertiser names, domain names, or other elements in a way that falsely suggests the advertisement is being run directly by Company.

Use of product or Company names in truthful editorial reviews, comparisons, or organic content is permitted provided Affiliate’s relationship is properly disclosed and the content does not falsely imply Company ownership or endorsement.

11. Email Marketing and CAN-SPAM Compliance

Email marketing is permitted and Company may provide Affiliates with ready-to-use email copy and promotional campaigns.

All Affiliate email marketing must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and all other email, advertising, privacy, and marketing laws applicable to the Affiliate and the recipients of the emails.

Compliance with CAN-SPAM is a material condition of participating in this Affiliate program.

Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring that every commercial email they send complies with applicable law.

At a minimum, Affiliates must:

  • Send commercial email only to recipients they are legally permitted to contact.
  • Use accurate sender information.
  • Use accurate routing and header information.
  • Clearly identify the person or business responsible for sending the email.
  • Use subject lines that accurately reflect the content of the message.
  • Never use intentionally deceptive or misleading subject lines.
  • Include a valid physical postal address when required by law.
  • Include a clear and functioning unsubscribe mechanism.
  • Make the unsubscribe process reasonably easy to use.
  • Honor unsubscribe requests within the period required by law.
  • Stop sending commercial email to individuals who have opted out.
  • Include required Affiliate, advertising, or compensation disclosures.
  • Comply with any suppression list provided by Company.
  • Avoid falsely implying that an Affiliate email was sent directly by Brett Pieratt or Pieratt Group LLC.
  • Maintain appropriate records demonstrating lawful email practices when reasonably necessary.

Affiliates may not:

  • Send unsolicited bulk commercial email in violation of applicable law.
  • Harvest or scrape email addresses.
  • Use automated address-generation techniques.
  • Purchase or obtain email lists where the Affiliate does not have a lawful basis to send commercial email to the recipients.
  • Falsify sender information, routing data, headers, domains, or email identities.
  • Continue emailing recipients who have lawfully unsubscribed.
  • Circumvent spam filters or other systems intended to enforce recipient preferences.
  • Use misleading “Re:” or “Fwd:” subject lines to falsely imply an existing conversation.
  • Use another person’s or Company’s identity in the “From” field without authorization.
  • Represent an Affiliate email as a personal communication from Brett Pieratt when it is not.
  • Use Company-provided email creative in a way that violates CAN-SPAM or any other applicable law.

Company-Provided Emails

Company may provide subject lines, body copy, images, calls to action, and complete email campaigns for Affiliate use.

Providing email creative does not make Company the sender of Affiliate’s email campaign and does not transfer responsibility for CAN-SPAM compliance to Company.

Affiliate remains responsible for:

  • Its mailing list.
  • The legal basis for contacting recipients.
  • Sender identification.
  • Physical-address requirements.
  • Unsubscribe functionality.
  • Suppression processing.
  • Email-service-provider compliance.
  • Delivery practices.
  • Any modifications Affiliate makes to Company-provided email copy.

Suppression Lists

Company may provide Affiliate with email addresses or other information identifying consumers who must not receive certain promotional communications (“Suppression Lists”).

If a Suppression List is provided, Affiliate must:

  • Apply the Suppression List before sending applicable campaigns.
  • Refrain from emailing suppressed recipients regarding the applicable promotion.
  • Keep the Suppression List confidential.
  • Use the Suppression List solely for compliance purposes.
  • Never market to, sell, share, transfer, upload, or otherwise exploit addresses appearing on a Suppression List.

Suppression Lists are confidential Company information.

A material violation of CAN-SPAM, repeated spam complaints, deliberate misuse of Company-provided email creative, or failure to honor suppression requirements may result in immediate suspension or termination from the Affiliate program and withholding or reversal of commissions associated with prohibited activity to the extent permitted by ClickBank and applicable law.

12. SMS and Telemarketing

SMS, MMS, automated text-message marketing, prerecorded telephone calls, and telemarketing are prohibited unless Company provides prior written authorization for the specific campaign.

Approval from Company does not relieve Affiliate of responsibility for obtaining legally required consent or complying with applicable telecommunications, privacy, do-not-call, carrier, and platform requirements.

13. Paid Social and Native Advertising

Paid social and native advertising are permitted and do not require prior approval.

Company may provide Affiliates with advertisements specifically created for use on Meta, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, native-advertising networks, display networks, or other advertising platforms.

Affiliates may use Company-provided advertisements subject to the policies of the applicable advertising platform.

Affiliates creating their own paid advertisements must ensure that those advertisements:

  • Are truthful and not misleading.
  • Do not contain unauthorized earnings or performance claims.
  • Do not contain fake testimonials.
  • Do not falsely imply Company endorsement of Affiliate.
  • Do not misrepresent the product.
  • Include disclosures where required.
  • Comply with the applicable advertising network’s policies.

Affiliates are responsible for their own advertising accounts, ad spend, campaign settings, platform compliance, and advertising costs.

Company is not responsible for suspension, restriction, or termination of an Affiliate’s advertising account.

14. Social Media and Influencer Promotion

Affiliates may promote the product through organic or paid social-media content provided that the content complies with these Affiliate Terms and the rules of the applicable platform.

Any material connection between Affiliate and Company must be disclosed clearly and conspicuously where required.

Affiliates may not create fake accounts, fake comments, fake engagement, fabricated reviews, or fabricated testimonials.

Affiliates may not claim that Brett Pieratt, Pieratt Group LLC, or The Automated Landscaper personally endorses Affiliate unless Company has specifically authorized that representation.

15. Testimonials and Reviews

Affiliates may publish genuine reviews of the 7-Minute Proposal System.

Reviews must represent Affiliate’s honest opinion and must not contain false statements or fabricated experience.

Affiliates may not:

  • Invent customer testimonials.
  • Alter testimonials so that they materially change their meaning.
  • Present an unusual result as guaranteed or universally typical.
  • Pay for or otherwise procure a supposedly independent positive review without properly disclosing the relationship.
  • Create AI-generated people, identities, testimonials, or customer stories and present them as real customers.

Nothing in these Affiliate Terms prevents Affiliate from expressing a truthful opinion about the product.

16. Direct Linking and Checkout Pages

Affiliates must use valid tracking links and promotional methods authorized by Company and ClickBank.

Affiliates may not link directly to a checkout or order form unless direct-to-checkout linking has been specifically made available or authorized by Company.

Affiliates may not circumvent, modify, interfere with, overwrite, or manipulate ClickBank or Company tracking technology.

Company is not responsible for commissions that cannot be attributed to Affiliate because Affiliate used an incorrect link, removed tracking information, or otherwise interfered with normal tracking.

17. Prohibited Traffic and Promotional Practices

Affiliate may not generate traffic, clicks, sales, or commissions through:

  • Cookie stuffing.
  • Forced clicks.
  • Clickjacking.
  • Hidden frames or invisible links.
  • Adware, spyware, malware, browser extensions, or unauthorized software.
  • Bots or automated traffic.
  • Fraudulent transactions.
  • Stolen payment information.
  • Misleading redirects.
  • Fake scarcity.
  • Fabricated countdown timers.
  • Fake news stories.
  • False impersonation of news organizations.
  • Advertorials designed to deliberately deceive visitors about their commercial nature.
  • Spam.
  • Unauthorized trademark use.
  • Manipulation of tracking systems.
  • Self-referrals primarily designed to generate an Affiliate commission rather than a bona fide customer transaction.

Affiliates may not promote the product through websites or media containing illegal content, hate speech, pornography, defamatory material, malicious software, piracy, or other content reasonably likely to expose Company or its brands to legal liability or significant reputational harm.

Marketing to persons under 18 is prohibited.

18. Coupons, Discounts, Rebates, and Incentives

Affiliates may not advertise unauthorized coupon codes, discounts, rebates, cashback offers, or special pricing.

Affiliates may not state or imply that they have negotiated a special discount with Company unless that offer has actually been authorized.

Affiliates may not use misleading coupon pages designed primarily to capture visitors who are already attempting to purchase the product.

As stated in Section 3, Affiliate purchase bonuses and incentives are prohibited.

Affiliate may not offer an additional product, service, consultation, course, template, gift, rebate, cash payment, or other item of value specifically in exchange for purchasing the 7-Minute Proposal System through Affiliate’s tracking link.

19. Refund Policy

The 7-Minute Proposal System currently includes a 60-day money-back guarantee.

Affiliates must represent the guarantee accurately and may not add conditions, promises, or exceptions that are not part of the actual offer.

Affiliates may not discourage legitimate refund requests, tell customers that refunds are unavailable when they are available, or attempt to circumvent ClickBank’s refund procedures.

Refunds and chargebacks may result in reversal of the related Affiliate commission.

20. Commissions and Payment

Affiliate commissions are tracked and paid through ClickBank.

Commission rates, payment timing, account thresholds, payment methods, tracking, refunds, chargebacks, and related payment matters are subject to ClickBank’s applicable rules and the commission settings established for the offer.

Company may change available Affiliate commission rates or promotional terms from time to time, subject to applicable ClickBank requirements.

Commissions are earned only on valid transactions properly attributed to Affiliate.

No commission is owed for transactions that are fraudulent, refunded, charged back, canceled, generated in violation of these Affiliate Terms, or otherwise determined to be invalid.

To the extent permitted by ClickBank and applicable law, commissions associated with prohibited or fraudulent promotional activity may be withheld, reversed, or offset.

Each Affiliate is responsible for its own taxes, reporting obligations, business expenses, advertising costs, and costs of promotion.

21. Refund and Chargeback Rates

Company may monitor refund rates, chargeback rates, complaint rates, traffic quality, spam complaints, and other indicators associated with Affiliate traffic.

Unusually high refund, chargeback, fraud, spam, or consumer-complaint rates may result in review, suspension, reduced traffic permissions, or termination of the Affiliate relationship.

Company may request reasonable information about Affiliate’s traffic sources and promotional methods when necessary to investigate compliance concerns.

22. Sub-Affiliates and Third Parties

Affiliate may not broker, sublicense, or redistribute the offer to sub-affiliates, affiliate networks, media buyers, or other third-party publishers without prior written approval.

If Company approves the use of a third party, Affiliate remains responsible for that party’s compliance with these Affiliate Terms.

Affiliate is responsible for the conduct of employees, contractors, agencies, media buyers, and other persons acting on Affiliate’s behalf.

23. Compliance Requests

Company may request copies, screenshots, URLs, advertisements, emails, landing pages, traffic-source information, consent records, or other reasonable information necessary to verify compliance with these Affiliate Terms.

Affiliate agrees to cooperate with reasonable compliance requests.

If Company identifies advertising that it believes violates these Affiliate Terms or creates a legal, regulatory, advertising-platform, or significant reputational risk, Company may require Affiliate to modify or discontinue the promotion.

24. Intellectual Property

Except for the limited promotional rights expressly provided here, all rights in The Automated Landscaper, the 7-Minute Proposal System, Company Creative, written content, videos, graphics, logos, training materials, product materials, and other Company intellectual property remain the property of Pieratt Group LLC or their respective owners.

Affiliate may not copy or reproduce substantial portions of Company’s website, sales page, product materials, or member materials to create a competing product or unauthorized substitute sales page.

Affiliate may not distribute purchased product content as Affiliate marketing material unless Company has specifically authorized that material for Affiliate use.

25. Confidential Information

Non-public Affiliate materials, campaign information, commission arrangements, customer information, suppression lists, unpublished creative, internal data, and other information designated or reasonably understood to be confidential may not be disclosed or used for purposes outside the Affiliate relationship.

26. Termination

Either Affiliate or Company may end the Affiliate relationship at any time.

Company may immediately suspend or terminate an Affiliate for violations including, but not limited to:

  • Fraud.
  • Spam.
  • CAN-SPAM violations.
  • Failure to honor unsubscribe requests.
  • Misuse of suppression lists.
  • False or misleading claims.
  • Unauthorized brand bidding.
  • Trademark abuse.
  • Fake testimonials.
  • Unauthorized purchase bonuses.
  • Illegal marketing.
  • Unauthorized SMS or telemarketing.
  • Manipulation of Affiliate tracking.
  • Repeated failure to follow compliance requests.
  • Conduct reasonably likely to expose Company to significant legal or regulatory risk.

Upon termination, Affiliate must stop using Company Creative and Company intellectual property except where continued use is permitted by law.

Termination does not prevent the reversal or withholding of commissions associated with transactions that were fraudulent, refunded, charged back, or generated through prohibited activity, to the extent permitted by ClickBank and applicable law.

27. Independent Contractor Relationship

Affiliate and Company are independent contractors.

Nothing in these Affiliate Terms creates an employment relationship, agency, partnership, franchise, joint venture, or other fiduciary relationship.

Affiliate has no authority to make commitments, warranties, representations, contracts, or other obligations on behalf of Pieratt Group LLC.

28. Affiliate Responsibility and Indemnification

Affiliate is solely responsible for its own advertisements, content, websites, mailing lists, data collection, marketing practices, and compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pieratt Group LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from Affiliate’s:

  • Violation of these Affiliate Terms.
  • Violation of applicable law.
  • Advertising or promotional activity.
  • Email marketing.
  • Affiliate-created content.
  • Infringement of third-party rights.
  • Acts or omissions of persons acting on Affiliate’s behalf.

29. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Participation in the Affiliate program does not guarantee traffic, conversions, commissions, income, or any particular level of Affiliate earnings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pieratt Group LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost commissions, lost business opportunities, or loss of data arising from participation in the Affiliate program.

Company is not responsible for outages, tracking interruptions, advertising-platform changes, Affiliate-network failures, advertising-account restrictions, email-delivery issues, or other matters outside Company’s reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company’s aggregate liability arising from the Affiliate relationship will not exceed Affiliate commissions actually paid to Affiliate during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

30. Changes to These Affiliate Terms

We may update these Affiliate Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the offer, Affiliate program, advertising practices, laws, regulations, or platform requirements.

Updated terms become effective when posted or otherwise communicated to Affiliates.

Continued promotion of the product after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Affiliate Terms.

31. Governing Law and Disputes

These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before filing a legal claim relating to these Affiliate Terms, the parties agree to make a good-faith attempt to resolve the dispute directly.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the applicable state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and Affiliate consents to jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

32. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Affiliate Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A failure by Company to enforce any provision on one occasion does not waive Company’s right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

33. Entire Affiliate Agreement

These Affiliate Terms, together with any written campaign-specific instructions, promotional guidelines, and applicable ClickBank requirements, constitute the agreement governing Affiliate’s promotion of the 7-Minute Proposal System.

If Company provides campaign-specific written instructions that conflict with these general Affiliate Terms, the campaign-specific instructions will control for that campaign.

34. Electronic Acceptance

Affiliate’s application to the Affiliate program, use of an Affiliate tracking link, or promotion of the 7-Minute Proposal System constitutes electronic acceptance of these Affiliate Terms.
