Where the numbers on the sales page come from
The results described on this site, including the close rate improvement, the specific job amounts, and the project examples, are the actual documented results of Brett Pieratt using this system in his own landscape contracting business, San Diego Landscape Solutions Inc. That business is not a beginner's business. It has operated since 2000, has held a California C-27 contractor's license since 2004, carries substantial insurance, employs a full crew, and serves an established market with an established reputation. Those advantages contributed to the results alongside the system itself.
The "three times as many proposals" figure comes from the author's own numbered proposal records, comparing his close rate before and after adopting the process taught in the product. It was not measured across other users.
Illustrations are math, not projections
Some passages on the sales page show what certain improvements would mean in dollars, for example what a 15 percent increase in average job size would add up to across 45 jobs in a year. Those passages are arithmetic illustrations that show how the math works. They are labeled as illustrations on the page, and they are not projections, promises, or statements of what you should expect.
There are no typical results to report yet
This product is newly released. As of the effective date above, we do not yet have data about the results of other contractors who bought and used it, and we do not publish testimonials unless they are real. Any testimonials that appear on this site in the future will be genuine, unpaid unless otherwise disclosed, and still not a promise of your results.
Your results depend on things we do not control
- Whether you actually use the system on real proposals, or just read it.
- Your market, your competition, and the demand for landscape work where you operate.
- Your pricing, your quality of work, your reputation, and your experience.
- Your licensing status and compliance with local contracting and advertising rules.
- Third party tools you use, including ChatGPT, which change over time and are outside our control.
- Economic conditions, seasonality, and plain luck.
Business involves risk. It is possible to apply everything in the product and still not improve your results. Do not buy this product with money you cannot afford to spend, and do not treat any purchase of business education as a substitute for your own judgment.
