We ask one thing, though it is not a condition of the refund: put the system to work on a few real proposals before you decide. It was built to prove itself on your next job.
How to request a refund
Either path works. Both lead to the same place, because refunds are processed by ClickBank, the retailer that handled your payment.
- Email us. Send your order number to support@theautomatedlandscaper.com with the word refund in the subject line. We will start the refund with ClickBank for you and confirm by reply. You will hear back within one business day.
- Go straight to ClickBank. Visit ClickBank's customer service at clkbank.com, look up your order using your order number or the email you purchased with, and request the refund there. No conversation with us required.
Your order number is in the receipt email ClickBank sent you at purchase, and the charge appears on your statement as CLKBANK.
What happens after you request
- ClickBank issues the refund to the original payment method. Refund processing is typically quick, but your bank or card issuer may take several business days to post it, and in some cases up to one statement cycle.
- The refund is for the full purchase price in the currency you were charged. We do not charge restocking, processing, or cancellation fees. Any currency conversion differences or foreign transaction fees are set by your bank, not by us.
- Access to the buyer download page may be closed after a refund. The three bonuses remain yours as promised on the sales page.
After 60 days
The guarantee window is 60 days from purchase, which matches ClickBank's standard return period. If something exceptional happens outside that window, email us anyway and we will listen. We cannot promise a refund after 60 days, but we would rather hear from you than not.
One time purchase, no recurring billing
The Product is a single one time purchase. There is no subscription, no trial that converts, and no future charge to cancel. If you ever see a second charge from CLKBANK that you do not recognize, contact us or ClickBank immediately and it will be investigated and made right.
A word about chargebacks
