This Privacy Policy explains how Pieratt Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit theautomatedlandscaper.com (the "Site") or purchase The 7-Minute Proposal System (the "Product"). We keep this simple and honest. We collect very little, we do not sell personal information, and we only share it with the service providers that make the Site and the Product work.

Pieratt Group LLC is the seller of the Product. San Diego Landscape Solutions Inc is the landscaping company whose projects appear on the Site. It is not the seller and it does not receive your personal information from the Site.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Purchase information. Purchases are processed by ClickBank, our retailer. When you buy, ClickBank collects your name, email address, billing details, and payment information under its own privacy policy. ClickBank then shares with us the information we need to deliver your purchase and provide support: your name, email address, order number, and order details. We never see or store your full payment card number.
- Support messages. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share, along with your contact details, and we keep the correspondence so we can help you.
- Email signup. If the Site offers an email signup and you subscribe, your email address is collected and stored by AWeber, our email service provider, and used as described in the Email section below.
Information collected automatically
- Server and security logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically logs technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps. We use this for security, debugging, and keeping the Site running.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the Site: which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived, what device and browser they use, and how they interact with pages, including scrolling and clicks. Microsoft Clarity may record anonymized session replays and heatmaps of page interactions. We use this information in aggregate to improve the Site. We do not use it to identify you personally.
- Cookies. See the next section. We do not run advertising trackers on the Site.

Blocking the tal_a cookie means you will need your receipt link or order number each time you visit the download page.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding 12 months.

Each provider receives only what it needs to do its job and is bound by its own privacy commitments. Beyond these providers, we disclose personal information only if required by law, to protect our legal rights, or as part of a business transfer such as a sale of the company, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.
6. Email
Transactional emails, such as receipts and download access, are sent because they are part of your purchase. Marketing emails are optional. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link that works with one click. Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect transactional emails about an order you placed.
Emails we send through AWeber include standard email analytics: whether the email was delivered and opened, and which links were clicked. We use this to see what is useful to readers and to stop sending to addresses that never engage. Most email apps let you block this kind of tracking by disabling remote images.
7. Data retention
We keep order and support records for as long as needed to provide the Product, honor the guarantee, and meet tax and accounting requirements, generally seven years for purchase records. Email subscribers are retained until they unsubscribe. Server logs are retained on our hosting provider's standard short rotation.
8. Security
The Site is served entirely over HTTPS. The buyer download page is protected by cryptographic purchase verification. Payment processing happens on ClickBank's PCI compliant systems, not on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect so there is little to lose in the first place.
9. Your rights and choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is wrong.
- Delete your information, subject to records we must keep for legal and accounting reasons.
- Stop sending you marketing email.

California law gives residents rights to know, delete, and correct personal information, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA and CPRA. Visitors from the EEA and UK
Where GDPR style laws apply, our legal bases are performance of a contract (delivering your purchase), legitimate interests (security and support), and consent (marketing email). You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to complain to your local supervisory authority. Our processing takes place in the United States.
10. Do Not Track
The Site does not track visitors across other websites and does not use advertising or retargeting trackers. Our analytics measure activity on this Site only. There is no industry standard response to Do Not Track signals, so the Site does not change its behavior when one is received, but you can block analytics cookies entirely as described in the Cookies section.
11. Children
The Site and Product are for business use by adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Third party links
The Site references third party tools and companies, such as ChatGPT and proposal software vendors. Their sites and services are governed by their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
13. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and, for material changes, note the change on this page. Continued use of the Site after a change means the updated policy applies.
